Build the Knowledge You Need for Your CeMAP Exams
Practise the current FSRE and MORT syllabus with focused multiple-choice questions, case-based scenarios and explanations that help UK mortgage advisers — also searched as mortgage advisors — understand why an answer is right.
Mapped to the current LIBF syllabus specifications effective July 2026. Independent revision material—not official exam content.
Units
Focused Revision for the Current CeMAP Structure
CeMAP 1 builds your foundation in financial services, regulation, client relationships and ethical behaviour through the FRE1 and FRE2 units. CeMAP 2 develops the mortgage knowledge needed for the MRT1 and MRT2 units, from mortgage law and affordability to products, arrears and post-completion issues.
Use short topic quizzes to identify gaps, then move into timed practice and mixed mock exams. Every scored question should include an explanation and a syllabus reference so that revision reinforces understanding rather than answer memorisation.
The full CeMAP qualification also includes CeMAP 3, a compulsory synoptic assessment that applies knowledge from the earlier modules to customer case studies and adds mortgage-protection content.

A useful question bank should do more than reveal a score. It should connect each answer to the relevant concept and make weak areas easy to find.
Built Around the Current Units
Navigation and reporting follow FRE1, FRE2, MRT1 and MRT2 rather than the withdrawn CeMAP structure. This platform is built around that reality, so revision feels more organised and more relevant.
Explanations, Not Just Answers
Each reviewed question explains the reasoning, common distractors and the syllabus area being tested.
Practice at the Right Level
Move from topic checks to mixed-unit questions, timed papers and case-based application.
Visible Content Dates
Time-sensitive questions show when their regulatory, tax or benefits information was last checked.
